The weather was really nice, cloudy but warm with temperatures in the low 70's. With the lake next door the kids were begging to swim every day. Most days it was just us in the water and nobody else. Nevertheless, they greatly enjoyed the water. My daughter especially tried to show off that she is a "good swimmer" after 10 days of swim lessons.
I had to kick the three musketeers out of the water a couple times so that they could warm up in the sun. They literally stayed in the water until they started to shiver. The sand time wasn't very long either because they got sandy really quick and wanted to wash off every time. I guess the running around kept them on the warmer side.
My daughter has been looking forward to having smores at camp for at least 2 weeks before we actually left. So the first night that our friends joined us we started to make them and she really enjoyed them. Adrian enjoyed the graham crackers. And I on the other hand had a few smores as well because that is the ultimate dessert after dinner.
